Yoga

I started yoga at 10 years-old thanks to my just-as-hyper mother who encouraged me to pursue it. I started studying the art and school of yoga in several different teacher training programs.

I decided I wanted to give back to the community during the shelter-at-home days.

With the help of my friends, I have been able to lead classes at Curtis park in Denver, CO twice a week for donation-based yoga.
